My approach to care is individualized and cooperative. I work as a team with a psychiatrist who is able assist on complex issues and case conference discussion as needed. I believe in empowering my patients through education and open communication, creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.

I understand how challenging it can be to take the first step to seek help for your mental health. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, know that you’re not alone. Life can feel heavy at times, but you don’t have to carry that weight by yourself.
