Nikita is probably the best provider I have ever seen. As someone who has multiple chronic illnesses, I am used to researching, fighting, and advocating for myself constantly. Feeling like I have to have a laundry list of documentation to prove my symptoms after being dismissed and blown off by countless providers. I was prepared, armed and ready with data and ready to advocate, but I didn’t need to. It was such a relief, and her care actually made me cry of joy. I can’t even explain the horrible doctors I have seen in the past, especially with going to at least 4 appointments a week. I usually leave so upset because I was so dismissed, or they stopped looking for a cause because everything came back “normal.” I was actually able to let my guard down and be a “normal” patient.
