About Dr. Nikki Emani

A graduate of Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and the Honors Program in Medical Education, Dr. Emani holds degrees in biomedical engineering and chemical engineering as well as a Doctor of Medicine. Her areas of interest include sinus surgery and endocrine (thyroid and parathyroid) problems. Dr. Emani is the author of several medical publications, has served as speaker and presenter at the Chicago Laryngology and Otology Society, as a faculty member of ENT/Allergy at the Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital, in Chicago, and Clinical Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at the University of Chicago Hospitals, also in Chicago.

My daughter has an injury on her tongue and urgent care wanted us to follow up with the ENT. I book an appt with the next available doctor which was her, just to get to the appointment with my daughter who’s in excruciating pain, to be told she doesn’t see other doctors patients, even though they’re in the same practice. Extremely disappointed and annoyed for my daughter and the amount of pain she’s in. That’s extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of the patients. Now my daughter can’t get scene until next Monday , by a doctor she hasn’t scene in years and her injury won’t matter by then. So thanks for the waste of time and the disappointment for my 7 year old. Make sure you aren’t wasting your time before you schedule, especially if you have scene another doctor because you won’t be able to see another one.
