Wonderful! Very kind and explained everything thoroughly.
I called this location Monday and someone sent me to their Stafford location for the appointment today. I then found out today upon getting there the appointment was in Woodbridge (as I originally thought) because the recording they only are in Stafford every other Wednesday. I won’t use ZocDoc again.

I truly hope to experience a physician in this practice that does not appear rushed, disinterested and flippant. This is the 3rd rheumatologist I have seen and each time there exists a dismissive response to my concerns. Referrals and proper recommendations are made, but it feels as if my presence is an inconvenience. This is unfortunate since there are so few rheumatologists in the DC area that accept my insurance. As a healthcare executive, it is exhausting to have these experiences.

I had an emergency that would not allow me to get there at the appointment time. I tried calling the office about three hours prior up until the appointment time and no one answered the phone. They only had an answering machine that forced you to leave a voicemail. Of course no one got back to me, and once I got there they just told me to reschedule although I was only twenty minutes late. Absolutely terrible service.

I felt satisfied with my visit with the doctor. He gave me the time I needed to explain my history. I will definitely be returning for a second visit.

This office gets you in and out just as quickly. They answer all and even provide answers to other questions or concerns you may, or may not have.

The building that this Doctor is in looks crappy and suspicious. I am not going to lie. But the quality of care that I received seemed pretty good. This is my first appointment so we will see. My provider was very professional explained things respected my questions. Seemed very knowledgeable. I was seeing very quickly and all the staff were very courteous?. They have blood work on site which I definitely see as a plus.
I had an outstanding experience from start to finish! The staff is amazing and Dr Madanchi is an awesome and exceptional doctor!
Verified patient
Dr was short didn’t want to listen to my concerns wanted to rush me out of the office. Wanted to put me on new medications without discussion. Will not see him again

The office staff was friendly. The doctor was personable. I felt comfortable and was glad I was able to find a new rheumatologist.

Doctor Madanchi was a wonderful doctor to interact with- he listened to my concerns and did not dismiss my pain like many doctors in the past have. He also asked several questions about my medical history that helped him better understand my situation, and was open to ordering several lab tests to better diagnose my condition. He was very professional and one of the few doctors I have interacted with that I felt heard and validated as a patient. Highly recommend him!
Verified patient

Great doctor- young and enthusiastic about finding the cause of issues and seemed to have plenty of knowledge and experience. Fellow patient also recommended him highly in the office.

The elevator was broken and there were not clear directional signs to get to the 2nd floor. I arrived early anticipating having to fill out paperwork but it was previously completed online. The receptionists were friendly and supportive. Dr Madanchi was a great listener and communicator and explained my situation. Xrays were taken and blood was drawn and a follow-up appointment was scheduled. No relief for symptoms was given!
Great. Dr. Madanchi took the time to listen to my symptoms and gave me a though analysis of my problems and a course of action for correcting.
Muy bien.
I am happy.
Good info, nice doctor.
Great.
Dr. Mandancchi was very good at explaining what going on w/my body. I appreciate that he did not talk to me using "Dr. language"- he spoke and explained so I could understand.
He like him very much
The Doctor was very respectful & listen to my symptoms and provided me the help I needed. I felt heard and it was a positive environment. 10/10 would recommend.
