First expect to wait over a hour for your appointment at minimum. Second I was forgotten in my room multiple times for over a hour. Not to mention the staff is not organized at all.

The visit went well. Procedure was completed without any problems as the doctor reassured me and apologized for any discomfort she may have caused, assistant was friendly during the prep for the procedure as well as post procedures. The effect of both doctor and assistant put me at ease from beginning to end of my time in the procedure room.

Office staff are pleasant, professional and caring. Dr he is an excellent physician and takes the time to understand my needs, concerns & hardship associated with my medical condition. Her knowledge level far exceeds others in this field and she is well versed in all services tendered. She comes highly recommended.

The women in the office are very nice and cordial. They have helped me in so many ways. The procedure with Dr He was an enjoyable experience. Dr He is such a lovely doctor and really does care about all her patients. I went in for spinal injections today and I can say everything went smoothly and I was not in any pain while being awake. I m very pleased how I was treated by the staff and the doctor.
