"The first session is an opportunity to know about the client and where the client is his/her mental health journey through a comprehensive assessment. Medication management/evaluation and psychotherapy are covered during the initial session and subsequent sessions. Nne works collaboratively with patients in developing patient-centered plan of care. She empowers her patients to achieve their optimal mental health goals by building a therapeutic rapport and providing evidence-based practice care. "
