Getting to know Noelle Pease
Noelle received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Wesleyan University and her Master’s in Nursing from Lincoln Memorial University. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career working with the pediatric population, gaining experience with a variety of neurodevelopmental disorders and a family-centered approach to patient care. After seven years in nursing, she decided to further pursue her education in the mental health field. During her master’s program, she discovered a passion for working with the geriatric population and has since enjoyed working in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living settings. Noelle has gained experience diagnosing and providing medication management for patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, sleep pattern disorders, psychotic disorders, and dementia-related behaviors, including impulse control, agitation, and restlessness. She is passionate about providing mental health services and expanding access to psychiatric care in the community through psychiatric assessment, medication management, and brief psychotherapeutic interventions for young adult and adult clients. Noelle believes in creating individualized care plans that emphasize client involvement, interprofessional collaboration, and evidence-based practice. Her goal is for clients to feel empowered to manage their illness through supportive education in a stigma-free environment. In her free time, Noelle enjoys spending time outdoors in the sun, playing with her dogs, and listening to live music.
