Noelle McLaughlin, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare and over a decade of clinical practice as a nurse practitioner. She earned both her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland.
Noelle’s motivation for joining OnePeak Medical stems from her belief in the power of holistic care. Over the years, she has seen firsthand how daily choices like nutrition, sleep, and stress management, can either build health or lead to chronic conditions. She’s passionate about working with patients to address the root causes of their symptoms and improve their overall physical and mental well-being.
