“Absolutely amazing! By far the most welcoming doctors office I’ve ever been in. Every staff member was so polite and friendly! About halfway through the appointment, I got faintish and the staff sprung into action! Got me apple juice and pretzels, the doctor elevated my feet and continuously asked how I was feeling. Nurse Donna came in again to check on me and bring some water. After I was feeling better, dr Marji asked if I wanted to continue and ensured I felt comfortable with the next procedure (since it would hurt). By the time I was feeling better, we were all cracking jokes and they made the entire experience so wonderful. I never felt judged or as if it was inconvenient to them, as I have from previous doctors. Dr Marji referred me to another doc for a specific procedure but I will 100% be coming back to this office for all of my other dermatological needs!”

I was told to get there at 7:45am. The door was locked someone let me in. My appointment was for 8:00am. The doctor was late no one updated me. No one knew why and I was seen around 8:35. She did not seem too thorough. My paperwork was the front desk and no one gave it to her.

When originally booked weeks in advance I was contacted the afternoon before my appt that they made a scheduling error and needed to push my appt to Nov!!! This was not acceptable!!!! After slit of back and forth for asked to speak to a Mgr. Which never got on the phone after being left on hold, scheduler then came on an offered 6 weeks later, so I took it. Not ok!! Once at office, overall good experience, reception and PA were great.
