What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with individuals seeking self-actualization through integration. I emphasize lasting clarity, emotional stability, and creative capacity rather than fostering clinical dependence. Most patients begin noticing meaningful improvement within 6 weeks, with sustained wellness and self-directed growth typically emerging within 6 months.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, intentionally adaptive, and rooted in holistic, existential psychiatry. In our first session we clarify your goals and together choose modalities that align with your values, needs, and timeline. I integrate somatic work, mindfulness practices, expressive and meaning‑centered interventions, and existential exploration alongside medication management when appropriate- bringing body, spirit, culture, and lived meaning into treatment. As your priorities and insights shift, the plan shifts with you.
