“My appointment was for 1;43. I was never seen until 2:30. Other people with later appointments were seen before me. I did everything on my phone which included letting them know I was there. When I went to the desk I was told in a loud voice I didn’t use the kiosk! I never saw the kiosk and why did I have to do that if everything was already done on my phone. Obviously the phone app doesn’t speak to the office desk.”

The facility is modern, bare bones, self-check in, then wait. I requested impacted ear wax to be removed. "Adam" a PA, very personable, listened closely and advised me to keep my appointment (one month away) with ENT because instruments are more sophisticated. Adam removed sufficient wax to unplug my left ear but the wax was so hard in right ear, he advised me to purchase over the counter ointment to soften and let the ENT do the rest. I was very satisfied with the visit and appreciated his candid advice.
