“My doctor (Dr. Nichola Patton) provided the best care. She was understanding, worked with my insurance difficulties and was quick to get me the care I needed. Medication was sent in promptly, and she gave me clear instructions on how to use them/when to etc. I also work with vulnerable individuals and she was able to provide a doctors note so that I can take that time off work to recover. Overall a very great experience both with Imani Butler (who spoke with me before appointment) and my doctor Dr. Patton. Will definitely be back.”

Every visit includes a full evaluation and a personalized treatment plan, which may include labs, imaging, referrals, or prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy.
Services include same-day primary and urgent care, mental health medication management, skin condition treatment, medical weight-loss support, and chronic disease management. We also provide lab orders (Quest/LabCorp), imaging referrals (X-ray, ultrasound, CT/MRI), specialist referrals, return-to-work, school, and travel letters, and direct guidance through follow-up messaging. Care is evidence-based, private, and delivered through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth visits.

I had such a great experience at this new doctor’s office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about their patients and are working hard to create a positive and comfortable environment.
The doctor took their time to listen to my concerns without rushing, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt heard and understood. It’s rare to find a provider who combines knowledge with compassion so well.
The office is organized, and runs efficiently, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I’m really happy to have found this practice and look forward to continuing my care here.

Dr. Patton was absolutely amazing and the whole experience was wonderful. She was very fast and helped me right away. I am used to having to wait hours to get treatment for strep throat and with NP healthcare I was able to get an appointment and treated within 20 minutes (at 3am). Truly appreciated and her bedside manner was unmatched. Most definitely would recommend!

Dr. Patton was amazing. So knowledgeable and explained lots about my lovely first time experience having pink eye.
She introduced herself first and gave me a little background info on her, which made things so much more comfortable.
Dr. Patton said that she sent my prescription to the pharmacy, and while she’s telling me, get a notification that pharmacy that the prescription was received.
I did not feel rushed at any point and the doctor’s bedside manner was phenomenal! I will absolutely will be using Dr. Patton’s services in the future. 10/10 highly recommend!!

I came in with a sinus infection, and she quickly diagnosed the problem, explained my treatment options, and prescribed antibiotics. I really appreciated her professionalism and the way she made me feel cared for. Highly recommend!

Dr. Patton is professional, yet compassionate, in my initial encounter with, impressed by her enthusiasm and energy involved in providing literature for me to review about my health issues. That is something that no other Provider ever took the time to do for me. As a Primary Care Physician, myself, I look for that extra commitment toward my health and my concerns. She is at the top of her game and I feel very secure in her knowledge and management. I highly recommend her and ClickSlim Primary & Urgent Care.

I was dealing with a UTI and didn’t want to wait a month for an appointment with my Doctor. Dr. Patton saw me quickly through telehealth, asked all the right questions, and made me feel very comfortable. She explained the treatment clearly and sent the prescription to my pharmacy right away. I started feeling better within a day. Super convenient and professional. I will definitely use ClickSlim and Dr. Patton again for urgent care.

I had a terrible sinus infection, the pain in my head and face wouldn’t go away. Dr. Patton was able to see me the same day. She asked detailed questions, explained the diagnosis clearly, and sent the right medications to my pharmacy immediately. I had a great experience. Super convenient and saved me a trip to the ER.
