Dr. Nyousha Yousefi graduated cum laude from American University with a major in Biology, and went on to earn her medical degree from the University of Michigan. She completed her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, New York, where she received comprehensive training in both medical and procedural dermatology.
Dr. Yousefi provides compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages and skin types. She is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients and helping them feel confident in their skin.
In addition to general dermatology, Dr. Yousefi has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Waited 25 mins past my original appointment time to see the doctor, even though I arrived before my appt time to do the paperwork. My appt was late morning and they were already running 30mins behind schedule
Needed two medications for my acne treatment. Doctor prescribed one and both of us forgot to address the other. Feel like it’s on the doctor to ask the patients if they need refills on the other one too. I remembered after walking out of the office and tried to call them to sort out and haven’t heard an update.

Wasn't given enough ointment to apply for the 2 weeks the Dr suggested. Only lasted one week and wouldn't refill without another appt!

My initial appointment was for 5:30p. The office rescheduled my appointment to 6:40p. They have a 15min grace period for being late, I arrived at 6:50p and was told they could not see me because it was late although they gave me an appointment at the end of the day and I was within the grace period. Nevertheless, it is a blessing in disguise because the doctors I did see was great and I would be very surprised to get the same treatment from a business with a concern for patients similar to Dr. Yousefi’s practice.
