As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I work with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem struggles, bringing curiosity, compassion, and zero judgment to every visit. My focus is medication management.
My approach
I take a collaborative, whole-person approach to care. We'll look closely at your symptoms, history, and goals together, and I'll walk you through the reasoning behind every recommendation, so you're never just handed a prescription and sent on your way.
My communication style
I prioritize clear, open communication and work to create a supportive, non-judgmental space. When we're working through something difficult, you can expect me to stay calm, patient, and very present.
My journey to mental healthcare
What draws me to this work is a deep fascination with human resilience. I have seen first hand how much strength people carry even when they can't feel it themselves. So I see psychiatric care as a true partnership: we set the goals together, track what's working, and adjust until you're not just getting by, but really doing well.
