I felt like the doctor was on a rigid schedule & she gave me my allotted time & then cut me off and got off the phone. She did prescribe a medication that helped, but I doubt I will use ZocDoc again & I will not be following up with this doctor. I am sure she is a good doctor, but it was not a good fit.

No I would tell them not to use the use them because she did not get in touch with me when it was time for our appointment and I did everything on my end I even called the office and the phone number is not the same number that's listed on the website and so I wasted a whole day waiting on her and this is really unprofessional so I wouldn't want to recommend her to anybody

The provider always seems to be preoccupied and does not send referrals in a timely manner. She does not thoroughly explain abnormal lab results and does not appear to be knowledgeable.

I’ve never had to call so many times to get a proper prescription in my life. First they didn’t put it in so I had to call for them to put it in. Then the script was written wrong. Then I had to call 2 more times for a proper script to be put in. On top of that it was a holiday weekend so I ended up waiting 6 days for a simple medication that I needed. I only had one visit but it was coded as two separate visits to my insurance and all of this has just made me never want to go back to them again. It got to a point that when I called they weren’t even asking my name or DOB anymore just shuffling me around with no real sense of urgency and no apologies for the repeated inconveniences. Felt like I was begging and having to micromanage them for it to get done. Ive never had to do so much back & forth before it was truly a headache and if I never would have kept calling I’m 100% sure they would have just brushed me off. I can’t recommend them to anyone who wants efficient and reliable care

I have never experienced the level of care I received with Ayo and the staff at Lyons Primary Group. I am used to being rushed through an annual physical, not feeling heard, and feeling like I couldn't ask questions or take too much time. That was NOT my experience at all yesterday. I was brought back almost immediately after I arrived. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I was asked comprehensive questions about my health history, got questions answered I've had for a long time, and felt so comfortable and cared for throughout the whole process.
After getting my blood drawn, I felt quite ill (not uncommon for me), and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. They were SO nice and so caring. They didn't make me feel like a burden or embarrassed - they just wanted to make sure I was okay.
I have a follow up appointment to go over bloodwork (I've never been offered this before from other primary care groups), and I know I'm in good hands if I ever need anything!

The links to check in and complete the registration paperwork didn’t work. I had to go onto the website. After submitting the registration paperwork, I was called to say the paperwork had not been received. After refusing to do it again and gave up on seeing the provider, they called to say the paperwork had been located. After the the appointment, I was sent invitation links to the patient portal. The links didn’t work. As for the provider, although not the one I originally scheduled, I’m pleased with her.

I booked with a diff provider than this one but this is who my appointment ended up being with. She was very helpful for what I needed (refills on medication) and it was a quick appointment, but I’ll likely find another provider for long term care

I had a issues with the doctor because she was suppose to call me in my medication that we agreed on and the milligram of the medication she did call in the medication but the milligrams was not what she said I called the office the next morning and they said she would call me back by the end of the day. She never did. Very unprofessional. I want be using this doctor again
