I am passionate about destigmatizing mental health and providing compassionate care. I believe that a holistic approach, blending medical expertise with a deep understanding of psychological well-being, can empower individuals to navigate their challenges and achieve a fulfilling life. My own experiences have shown me the profound impact of mental health on a person's overall quality of life, and I am driven by the desire to be a source of support and healing for those who need it most. My goals for you are all about working together to define what you want to accomplish in our time together. This often starts by building trust between us and getting you comfortable with the medication options available to you. Over time, we'll work together to set goals and track your progress. What you can expect from our first session together is for us to spend the majority of our time talking about how you have been feeling recently, and me asking questions to understand better some of why you may be feeling that way. The first session is about us building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there. Each individual is different, and I like to listen first before assuming I know what will work best for you moving forward
