Dr. Okoli graduated from the University of Nigeria College of Medicine with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center. Educated in the United Kingdom, Dr. Okoli practiced as a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist in England before moving to the United States. He became Board certified in the States and has been in private practice since 2001. Dr. Okoli's training in the UK and the States has equipped him with the experience and skill to take excellent care of his patients.
He offers an array of services including normal and high-risk pregnancy, infertility evaluation, laparoscopic surgery, incision-free sterilization procedure (Essure), menopause counseling, well-woman annual visits, contraception management, management of urinary incontinence, and weight-loss management.

I had a horrible experience here. I am seeking out a new provider for gyn/ob. I seen great reviews and couldn’t have been more shocked at horrible it was. The dr didn’t listen to me and had absolutely zero empathy or understanding. I left the appointment in tears. I had specific issues with my body such as diastasis recti and he completely pushed it off and told me to get plastic surgery. I was horrified leaving there. I felt so dumb and hopeless.

Didn’t listen to my concern or just didn’t understand or make attemp to . Also only payed attention when I was being swapped by his student didn’t look up til then . And didn’t listen when I told him how physical my job was & needed light duty as I am pregnant.

Everything was great, the staff the office was nice and clean. The only thing was I wasn’t aware that each test is billed separately, my insurance should have covered everything except my copay. I was told when I got there I had additional fees. I was referred to a different doctor by a coworker and I may use them only because of the financial situation.

Everything went well but when I arrived I saw on their door that they had a sign that said no Kids in Office , they sat us in a separate room from the others. I wasn’t told in advance about that but I got a call in advance about my appointment 60 mins before it as a reminder .

I wouldn’t go back. I told him about pelvic pain that feels like stabbing on my abdomen and he just pushed it aside and told me to take ibuprofen for the pain ... I want to KNOW why Im experiencing such pain!!

He left while I was there for my appt. I had to wait more than 2 hours for him to come back. Then he didn’t even help me. He talked to me like I was stupid and wouldn’t let me talk. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM.

Had a 3.5 ovarian cyst foe a year. It has been causing me pain and other issues. He basically told me it was probably in my imagination even though I’ve seen it and lived through it.

Will not be seeing him again. He was very cold and did not educate me on what was going on, rather he pointed out all the things I did wrong and questioned "why would you do that, who told you to do that" with out giving me any explanation of why what I was doing was wrong.
