“I was seen quickly, seen and heard in my anxiety, given clear feedback, and we worked together to come to a prescription. I was given clear and concise instructions around the pills and use, and was even met with the following day in under 30 minutes to get some additional help. The help I got today was the EXACT help I needed to get through. I cannot thank the doctor or the practice enough for being there when I was deeply in crisis and getting me through it.”

Getting to know Oladayo Momoh

**Dayo cannot prescribe controlled medications in OR and AZ at this time. My journey into mental health care began while working as a registered nurse in intensive care and behavioral health settings. I saw firsthand how deeply mental wellness impacts every aspect of physical health and recovery and I wanted to be part of that healing process. That experience inspired me to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner, where I could provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients find stability, connection, and purpose in their lives. I enjoy working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of my patients are navigating life transitions, stress, or burnout, and I find great meaning in helping them strengthen communication, improve emotional regulation, and rebuild healthy relationships. My approach as a clinician is warm, collaborative, and practical. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their care. I received my training as a psychiatric nurse practitioner from Regis College and am board-certified by the ANCC. Over the past five years, I’ve provided psychiatric care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and now focus exclusively on telepsychiatry, offering convenient and secure virtual care for patients in Arizona, Washington, and Oregon. Through telepsychiatry, I am dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality mental health care that meets patients where they are with empathy, expertise, and genuine care. When you choose to work with me, you can expect a warm and empathetic environment where you are heard and valued. If you're ready to explore a holistic path toward improved well-being, I invite you to reach out. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I view treatment as a partnership. Together, we’ll set goals, monitor progress, and make thoughtful adjustments as needed. My goal is to help each patient develop lasting coping skills, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in a holistic and integrative approach to psychiatry. My care combines evidence-based medication management with therapy techniques such as CBT, DBT, and supportive psychotherapy. I also integrate lifestyle and wellness strategies that emphasize sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, and stress reduction because mental health is best supported when the whole person is cared for.

Super sweet, quick and easy appointment with detailed conversation! Though my appointment was at 4:30 and session didn’t start until 30 minutes after the scheduled time :( She did apologize and thank me for my patience!
