My approach My approach to mental health care is thorough assessment of an individual client while paying close attention to other determinant factors that could be affecting the mental well being of a potential client. My focus I work with patients that have varying mental disorders. I am comfortable with working with all patients to cater for their mental health needs. My communication style I create an atmosphere that will enable my patients to feel comfortable with verbalizing their concerns and mental health needs. Patients that work with me will be at ease, knowing fully well that their treatment plan will be discussed it its entirety with them. My journey to mental healthcare I have been in the mental health care field for close to two decades. My wealth of knowledge and experience working in this field has enriched me with how to care compassionately for patients. I am driven by the positive outcome from patients that are dealing with mental health needs. My goals for you I approach goal settings with patient through creating realistic objectives regarding their treatment plans. Patients will be educated and become informed about the interventions that will be put in place to achieve their goals. My first session with you Patient should expect a provider that will listen to their needs at length while encouraging patient participation in creating a treatment plan that will fit their needs.
