The appointment never occurred. I filled out all required forms and the doctor/her office never called, emailed, or communicated in any way to send a link for the virtual appointment that was scheduled. J showed up but their was no link ot information communicated. I called this doctors office several times and reached a call center, no one picked up or was available to help.
