If the provider is out network or what ever the reason they never come on video call they need to call the patient and let them know what going on people make these appointments because there mental health some wait months to see these Drs to get treated like this

I originally set my appointment for 1PM today, 10/29/25, i got a text message yesterday saying the doctors reschedule my appointment for 10AM this morning 10/29/25 , then i got another text message @ 9:40AM today saying she rescheduled it for 5AM today which is 5 hours past 5AM.
