About Dr. Omeed Ahadiat
Dr. Omeed Ahadiat – better known as Dr. O – is an Orange County native. Growing up in Yorba Linda, Dr. O was deeply committed to his community and worked in numerous volunteer and health initiatives. He attended UC Irvine for his undergraduate studies, where he studied biological sciences and graduated cum laude. Dr. O earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science (Chicago Medical School), where he continued to dedicate himself to service. In medical school, Dr. O served on the school wellness council, volunteered for mentorship programs and homeless improvement initiatives, worked as a reviewer for medical journals, and accrued over 660 hours of volunteer service at the USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. He was recognized with numerous awards, including induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society, the Dr. John J. Sheinin Merit Scholarship, the RFUMS/CMS Endowment Scholarship, and the Chicago Medical School Alumni Association Scholastic Achievement Award for earning the highest overall average scores in his class.
Dr. Omeed completed his residency in Dermatology at the University of Southern California, followed by a fellowship at USC. He has a strong dedication to research and advancing medical sciences. He completed a one-year research fellowship at USC, publishing more than 40 academic publications. His research covers high-risk skin cancers, wound healing, complementary and alternative medicine, novel treatments for skin conditions, skin cancer prevention in underserved populations, vein therapy, anatomic zones of the head and neck, and more. Dr. O remains committed to lifelong education and continues as an academic researcher to stay current with evidence-based medicine while giving back to the field.

Dr. Ahadiat was very kind and professional. As a new patient, I had some questions which he answered confidently and clearly. I had already scheduled a dermatology appointment with another doctor, but couldn't wait another week to see them due to my skin condition worsening. I went on Yelp to see if there was another dermatologist near me that could see me sooner.
Dr. O's Yelp page only had 29 reviews but they were all 5 stars, so I gave it a shot and called to schedule an appointment.
I was pleasantly surprised that Zocdoc was used - so fast and efficient compared to a number of other dermatologist offices that I was researching on.
The location was perfect - plenty of free parking.
The office was clean.
Dr. O was easy to talk to, great bedside manners, and a great listener.
I felt so grateful to have been able to see him on such short notice.
I'll be recommending him to my friends.
