“Yes I would go back the provider that I select selected and I was so sick that I did not realize that he was all the way over in Houston and probably about 40 something miles away from me cuz I live in Galveston Texas but being that we only had a video phone conversation he still listened to me very well and prescribed me the medication that he thought would help. This whole experience with this company on point is excellent. You should try it”

Set up a virtual, and waited on the video screen when I got another call. I was told the Doctor had to see me in person for antibiotics for a common UTI. Wasted both our time.

The nurse that handled the appointment was very rude from the second she appeared on camera. The greeting was something like “What do you need?” I’ve had many good experiences on Zoc doc. This was the first time I’ve encountered a provider that was rude and unprofessional.
