I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, develop insight, and work toward meaningful change. I incorporate approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and person-centered care, tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of my patients. My focus areas include but are not limited to managing anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorder, Psychotic illness, ADHD, eating disorders, Personality disorders, stress, trauma recovery, building resilience, and supporting personal growth. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or seeking to understand yourself better, I aim to help you gain the tools and perspective to lead a more fulfilling life. I believe healthcare is integrative, whole, and all-inclusive. I understand that each individual is unique and therefore provide care based on everyone's individual needs using evidence-based practices. I believe in meeting people where they are emotionally and tailoring my interventions to their unique needs, strengths, and circumstances. My goal is to always create a collaborative and supportive environment where individuals feel safe to express themselves and work toward meaningful change at their own pace. Some of the theoretical approaches I incorporate into my care include cognitive behavioral therapy, Mindful approaches, trauma-centered approaches, family therapy, motivational speaking, etc.
