What should a new client know about working with you?

At Engrace Behavioral Health Services, a new client should know that working with me means engaging in a collaborative and holistic approach to mental health care. I believe in treating the whole person, not just their symptoms. Our sessions will involve open, non-judgmental conversations where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals. I am committed to truly listening and understanding your story, providing support, and empowering you on your journey towards healing and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process for working with clients begins with an initial comprehensive assessment to understand their mental health history, current concerns, and goals. Together, we develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include evidence-based medication management and therapeutic conversations. I prioritize open communication and regular follow-ups to monitor progress and adjust the plan as needed. My approach is collaborative, ensuring clients feel supported and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
