Dr. Ossama Samuel is a caring and skilled cardiologist serving the communities of New York and Brooklyn, NY. He earned his medical degree in 1990 from the Ain Shams University Faculty of Medicine, Egypt, before coming to the United States for his post-graduate training. He completed an internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and a cardiology fellowship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University.

Listens well, not dismissive, good communicator, knowledgeable. Tests were done in office and reviewed by MD promptly with impressions and recommendations and appropriate follow up. This is unusual these days, so pleasantly surprised. I'd recommend this MD to anyway needing cardiac care.

Fantastic Doctor
One of the worst front office personnel of all my Doctors
- after 20 years, they asked me if i still lived in my apartment from 18 years ago
- they never, ever have records
- they have never received a fax that i have ever sent
- zero reliability and no one in the office except for the Doctor cares how bad they are
- they don’t care that you are waiting over an hour

Biggest thing that stood out: Dr. Samuel stayed around for an extra 2 hours post appointment in order for blood test results to be disclosed by the lab. The office staff took care of 100% of that process for me. This was so that Dr. Samuel's diagnosis would be confirmed and that I would not need to follow up. Highly professional in my book, because many doctors won't wait around and often leave you with your hands tied and forced to book another appointment. In addition, Dr. Samuel spent plenty of time giving an overview of my symptoms, explaining everything, describing what's to come in the future
