About Dr. Otylia Hoberland
Dr. Hoberland received her Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine and a bachelor degree in Human biology from National University of Health Sciences along with her bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is one of only a few hundred chiropractors worldwide that is currently certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (cert. MDT) from the McKenzie Institute. She has served as a board member of The International Board of Functional Neurology and was accredited in treatment of Childhood Neurobehavioral Disorders. She has owned and practiced at Chicago Conservative Care since 2009 and is dedicated to helping patients optimize their health. She is affiliated with the American Chiropractic Association, Illinois Chiropractic Society and a member of the Wicker Park & Bucktown Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Hoberland is also fluent in Polish.

Dr. Hoberland and staff are great - this is my first experience with a chiropractor and all in all, great experience. Would highly recommend and got tips beyond my adjustment which are already showing some improvement

I’m so surprised and relieved how quickly she knew what was going on with my hip and back. She takes both what I’m saying into account while also observing how I stand, looking at my body and going through the movement assessment. Amazing! I’ve been doing the exercises since my visit and wow already experiencing what she predicted!

Dr. O is the best out there! She's an excellent listener, problem-solver, and makes me feel taken care of every single time I visit her practice. I play volleyball and am pretty active, but I also sit for work all day - so I run into issues with my back and neck now and then. She provides clear instructions on exercises that WORK and does not pressure you to come back unless it's truly required for your recovery. I recommend her all the time to my teammates and friends!

I’ve been going to Dr. Hoberland for a couple of years and highly recommend her! She is confident in her skill and very knowledgable, both in effective and gentle adjustments and in strategizing ways to strengthen weak areas and maintain alignment. She is very personable and open to questions. Her practice is very efficiently run and all of the office staff are kind and professional. I’ve had a great experience with her and have seen significant improvement in my health! I couldn’t recommend her more!

I showed up 10 minutes early and Dr. Hoberland was able to see me straight away. She was very clear in her communications, listening to my issues and asking me about my pain. She explained the various assessments she conducted along with the adjustments she performed. She gave me exercises to do at home before my next appointment, along with recommendations on how to change my work set up to help reduce the issue going forward. Scheduling a follow up appointment with the practice manager was a breeze! I highly recommend Chicago Conservative Care.
