Beth is very nice and understanding, she looked at my form and understand my concerns as a new patient and is very helpful in setting up the plan for my condition and explains all the instruction very well.
Verified patientVideo visit
Provider did not seem willing to discuss medication options, and the appointment felt very pathologizing. I walked away feeling stigmatized and unheard.
Video visit
I would definitely recommend! Although it was a very fast paced appointment because of all the first time intake questions, I truly felt I was being heard.

Not willing to listen telling me my diagnosis that’s I have had for years was wrong. Seeing the color of my skin and treating me like a drug addict which is ridiculous I don’t even drink alcohol. I pre been a Jehovah’s Witness me while life and don’t drink or do drugs. I do not recommend

I highly recommend Beth. Her bedside manner and compassion is apparent in the first few minutes of the conversation. She takes the time to actually listen to you and explains everything simply to make sure you understand.

Had my initial appointment with Beth. Waited less than 10 mins. She was transparent and honest about her thoughts on my current medication which I appreciated. She seemed knowledgeable. Although she didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear. She told me what I think I needed to hear. I will be following up with

Booked an appointment with her at 7:30 A.M., her earliest appointment I could get. The morning of I received no communication whatsoever. Sat until 8:10 with still zero contact. Yet a no-show for a patient results in fees and banning from this platform.
Video visit
She clearly didn't listen and didn't take my survey scores into account, even after having me retake them and new ones during the appointment. Then she canceled the referral we agreed to at the end of the appointment because she had "further consideration" after. Her decision took zero consideration for what I told her during the appointment.
Video visit
She made me feel comfortable and respected. She was very kind and easy to talk to. She was helpful and knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking with her.
