About Dr. Paola Ortiz castro

I have several years of experience caring for patients, with a special focus on prenatal chiropractic care and helping families feel their best through every stage of life. I am passionate about providing thoughtful, personalized care that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt. I earned my undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Puerto Rico, where I was first introduced to chiropractic through a university club. That experience inspired me to pursue a career that blends science, hands-on care, and whole-body wellness. I went on to complete my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University, where I developed a strong foundation in treating spinal conditions, disc herniations, and everyday injuries. At Vida Elite Chiropractic, I care for patients dealing with pregnancy-related discomfort, neck and back pain, sciatica, headaches, and injuries from work or daily life. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and cooking, activities that keep me grounded and connected to the lifestyle I encourage my patients to live.
