Although I was called twice by Mt. Sinai to confirm my appointment, I was never called by Dr. Sheth as promised. He has a "palace guard" of nurses and receptionists that do not listen and insist on my coming to his office physically when I am 90 years old and need a rollator and Dr. Sheth and I, months ago, said we would discuss the MRI by video. I have been his patient for some 40 years and this is the worst attention I have received fro Mt. Sinai East.

He is a great listener. He asked probing questions to get at my problem. He made careful suggestions of my further activities which sounded reasonable and doable. He used his hands to examine me and locate the area of my discomfort.
