She authored a book, Frozen Shoulder Survival Guide, dealing with the effects of stress-induced illness as a recovering frozen shoulder practitioner. She does weekly podcasts on wellness of the mind and body on iHeart Radio & Apple Podcasts. Currently, she lives in Vilano Beach with her husband and four dogs. Proud mom of three young men. She enjoys exercise, especially Orange Theory, Gate River Run, and being outdoors.
