Getting to know Dr. Patricia Pop

Accepting new patients! Suspect or diagnosed with ADHD? Self-compassion and a thoughtful approach can help you shift from overwhelm to confidence. Spinning your wheels but somehow getting nowhere? ADHD is overwhelming. Medications are just one piece of a much larger puzzle. Together, we'll take a whole-person, whole-body approach, considering your life and all that makes you unique when making discerning decisions together. What should a new client know about working with you?

Together, we’ll carefully create an individualized plan using the best of modern medicine (medications, lab testing) plus holistic approaches. For women with ADHD and anxiety, I offer medications & more (supplements, exercise, nutrition, mind-body skills, ADHD coaching) in a way that is warm, detailed, and thorough. I specialize in treating professional women with ADHD, anxiety, and PMDD. I also have experience with psychedelics.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first visit will involve a detailed intake form, so that I can spend the time fully listening to your story. We’ll look at your situation from all angles: biological, medical, family history, lifestyle, even spiritual. During that assessment, we’ll decide together which pieces of the puzzle to focus on first. This can be medications, life changes, or talk therapy.
