Dr. Patricia Stewart is a board-certified dermatologist with 22 years of experience. She received her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a Dermatology residency at the Dermatology Center in Pennsylvania and her final year at Hahnemann Medical College (now Drexel University College of Medicine). Prior to joining OnSpot, Dr. Stewart spent two years in Nelson, New Zealand at Bridge Street Dermatology. New Zealand is known as having one of the highest incidences of Melanoma in the world. OnSpot is lucky to have Dr. Stewart take her experience in treating skin cancer in New Zealand to Southwest Florida. She has received a number of medical awards including Physician of the Year from the American Association of Physician Specialists and the Physician of the Year from the National Republican Congressional Advisory Board. Dr. Stewart is a member of the American Medical Women's Association and past president of the Santa Barbara chapter, American Osteopathic Association and Christian Medical and Dental Society.
