I am a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner and am excited to be considered as a potential provider for you. I hold board certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). These certifications allow me to extend my clinical expertise to address both mental health and family practice needs. I earned my Master’s in Family Nursing from Purdue University Global and my Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings including retail clinics, psychiatry, home health, neurology, bariatrics/bariatric surgery, and medical weight loss. Currently, I provide care to patients across multiple states, primarily focusing on psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, and binge eating disorders.
I am licensed as a prescriber in TX, HI, OR, WA, MD, AZ, CO, IL, NV, and WI, with a focus on psychiatry and family practice.
What should a new client know about working with you?
We accept cash based payment via credit card or HSA payments. We currently accept UHC, Cigna and Aetna. All appointments are done remotely. confirmation will be done with growtherapy

What is your typical process for working with clients?
Appointment confirmation thru Growtherapy/Headway/Alma that will process insurance or payment(for out of pocket options). Athanasiushc will process payment for private pay clients

Dr. Cortado and his team are extraordinarily bad and unprofessional. Also it is impossible to reach him or his team, as he does not have a working phone number, just a number for texting that he or his secretary will answer in their own time. Please do not use Dr. Cortado or his services - there are far better, more competent providers you can find on zocdoc.

Upon my first visit with Patrick we got off to. great start, I lamented I believe telehealth is the future and private practices such as this one meet my needs very well in the day we live in. He understood whole heartedly and proceeded to tell me this is why he offers this practice.

The staff and his secretary are so responsive it's really a relief to finally have people that are interested in helping me as well as being able to contact them whenever I need.
