“They did not have my appointment time down when I went through ZOCDOC. They are supposed to confirm it before it gets confirmed through that app. Not 100% their fault though because I was not notified either way so when I showed up, I had to do all my paperwork over again, which did take a while, but again not to their fault. I was seeing 20 minutes after what my appointment time was supposed to be so they fit me in and I was there for about an hour. I got x-rays and worked on by third year med student and then got to see the doctor for about 10 minutes. He was very succinct in his explanation and had very good bedside manner and has a plan for me going forward not just a quick fix.

“Everyone was very nice! A resident did my nail care and he was lovely. They were busy and I had a wait ... but to be fair, I was delayed due to heavy traffic. I only saw the main provider for a very short time, but he was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. ”

I wasn't able to see the doctor. They cancelled my appointment twice. They rescheduled the first appointment for me and then cancelled that appointment for the same reason they cancelled the first appointment. The doctor was out of town. They really should do a better job of scheduling/ calendar management.

This was perhaps the worst doctor experience I’ve had in my life. When I arrived, the office was closed and locked. When I called, the receptionist said she “didn’t see me in the system” and after a few minutes of back and forth, the line went silent and she hung up on me.
I had scheduled this appointment 6 days ago, received multiple confirmation emails and text messages (which I tried to share with the office before I got hung up on), had uploaded my insurance to ensure I was in network. The doctor’s office even sent me a Google Calendar invite when I made the appointment with the correct date, time, address, and provider details.
I never even saw the doctor or was let in to an office. The office receptionist did not offer to reschedule with me before they hung up with me, either.
Do not use this provider.

The office staff was rude. They were loud. They were rude till just about every patient that came in the door. They were arguing among themselves. Their computer system doc does not talk to their office so multiple patients, including myself walked in with an appointment and they had no clue of it and tried to send me away and two other patients that came while I was there away.No one left they all refused to leave

Deben saber ustedes que yo no hablo ingles, por lo que todo se lo do traducí en el telefono por aplicacion y le dije a la secretaria mi nombre ,que ya estaba presente para mi cita y le mostré el mensaje de mi cita confirmada ,con una cara no muy agradable al mirar que le pedí las cosas por el traductor iso un pequeño gesto y busco mi cita a lo que de inmediato me respondió que no estaba en el registro de citas por lo que le volví a mostrar mi cita registrada en mi teléfono y me respondió que no tenía mi cita, y me hablo en ingles muchas cosas que no entendí y le pedí que me las dijera en el traductor y solo me dijo que no aparecía y que no podía pasar a consulta que me podia retirar, en mi opinión,estoy casi seguro y lo senti que todo esto se debió a que no les gustó que yo no hablara ingles , y por eso jamás regresaré a ese lugar y jamas lo recomendaría...

It was a very thorough examination. He started with some exercises to get an idea of why my ankle was swollen, then did an x-ray that isolated the problem. He finally gave me a prescription for my problem, ankle support, and wants me to return in three weeks.
