I take time to listen closely so we can make sense of what you’re experiencing together, and I use evidence‑based strategies in a way that fits your goals, your pace, and your lived experience. I want you to feel comfortable speaking openly, so I create a space where you’re heard without judgment and where we move at a pace that feels manageable for you. I check in often to make sure we’re on the same page, and I encourage questions, collaboration My journey to mental healthcare My path into mental health care grew out of my first job as direct care staff at a residential facility for youths with intellectual disability and autism. Working closely with those young people taught me the importance of patience, compassion, and truly seeing each person beyond their challenges.
