Food is my passion and art. I began my journey in food service and transitioned into nutrition. Upon completing undergraduate and graduate Dietetic programs I grew to love this world even more. I am ever-growing and expanding my knowledge. I pride myself on learning and adapting to every situation I face. This drive to learn is why I wake up each day and am happy I can work with people one-on-one in a way that benefits both parties. When working with me, we will truly learn/treat the root cause of your issues and develop a plan that fits into your schedule and lifestyle.
