I really like Pauline. My issue is with being told I can only address one issue per visit. I wasn’t told this until I was at my visit with a list of things to cover. I don’t appreciate having to make multiple appointments for having to cover more than one issue. It was also frustrating to be asked about my medications and allergies every time when they should be on file. I understand asking if there are new ones but when I couldn’t remember the name of one, I got a blank stare from the intake person. There was another time I called and asked for a telehealth appointment to go over blood results, I was told that was fine then when I confirmed the day before, I was told by someone else that I had to come in. Before I left Pauline called and asked if we could do telehealth, which I appreciated, but I wish everyone was on the same page. Pauline is great, but I’m unhappy with my experience with the office as a whole.

I booked an appt with Calderon because she was very high on the Zocdoc list of providers near my office with decent ratings. She also had quite a few available appointments, which I thought was convenient. When I got there, I was told that she was not in that day. Instead, I was seen by a guy by the name of Akoh. He's a nice guy, but obviously not very experienced. While he assured me that I don't have what I thought I had, he couldn't say what I actually have. He also ordered blood tests to confirm this. When I went to the lab, they said one of the tests doesn't even exist. Overall, it was a waste of time and money, and I still don't have a clue what is wrong.

I went in and the front desk staff person was eating and talking with her mouth full. Then she asked me to sign palerwork I already did. After that she said the doctor doesn't see patients for the reason I went. They're only an urgent care. So I'm not sure why zocdoc has her listed the way they do or why I had to sign paperwork.

I booked an 11am appointment with Pauline for March 2, 2026. When I got there I was informed that Pauline would not be in until the next day and was told to come back the next day. That was not possible since I was flying home the next day.
I was offered the option to see another provider and everything went well with that provider.

Specified visit was specifically for EKG test when scheduling in advance- office did not know the nature of my visit despite filling it out prior on the form. EKG machine apparently was broken and no one had notified me before getting to the office. Offered sending to other office further away and wait in line.

The staff were very friendly and the service was amazing! I ran into no issues from the moment I walked in up until I left the building. Everyone made sure I was well cared for and they went above the expectations to make me feel comfortable and well informed about the process.
