She believes both are essential to providing effective care. Her approach is individualized and grounded in evidence-based practice, with psychoeducation playing an important role. Dr. Rana strives to help clients better understand their experiences and participate meaningfully in their care while creating an authentic relationship built on trust, respect, and open communication.
