Following her education, she trained with an interventional cardiologist near Atlanta, Georgia. Dawn has always loved science and physiology and wanted to have a career where she could help people. "I look at patient care as a team approach with each person. I feel my job is to provide education and guidance, but the actual treatment plan should be a joint effort. I treat each patient with the same patience and understanding as if they were my own family member." As a cardiovascular APP, Dawn enjoys providing compassionate and understanding care to all her patients. She is passionate about preventive cardiology and gender differences in cardiology. When she is not at work, Dawn enjoys hiking, biking, spending time with her family, and enjoying live music.
