My focus is to provide meaningful, high-quality health care and foster long-term relationships with my patients. I created Connect Primary Care after working at large “corporate medicine” practices where patients are just “numbers” and sometimes even doctors are treated the same. My goal is to put people over profits and mend the broken doctor-patient relationship. I graduated from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, earning my Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. I then moved to the U.S., completing a rigorous three-year Internal Medicine Residency in Minneapolis, MN. I have ten years of experience, first in Minnesota and now in Houston, TX. I have been certified in Obesity Medicine since 2017. ABOUT ME When not working, I am a wife and busy mom of two rambunctious boys! Since moving to Houston, I’ve become a foodie, with Thai cuisine as my favorite. I also take tennis lessons for physical and mental fitness. My family loves to travel; Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, is my favorite vacation spot.
