I went to him very first time he was very kind and caring and when all the tests are complete I should have a more accurate diagnosis. I was seen within 10 minutes but I arrived early. That was the least amount of time I ever waited at a doctors office.

Dr. Chung is very smart and informative. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good doctor. The only issue is if you do not have health insurance. He looked like he couldn't wait to get me out of the office when i mentioned this.

This comment is not just for this doctor, it's for most doctors. I really wish that there is some guideline about what is included in an annual physical. I feel these days doctors just rely on blood tests to tell them what's wrong. No one palpitates the abdomen or check the body for lumps or anything else that a patient doesn't know to look for and can be missed.

I have no particular complaint about Dr. Chung. But the combination of Zocdoc and the doctors office staff messed up the appointment. First, I wanted to do annual physicals but zocdoc didn't have any option like that to choose from in the reason for appointment menu. But it the notes section of the zocdoc appointment booking page, I clearly mentioned that this is for an annual checkup. Basically, the doctors office people didn't read it and booked me on a regular office visit. When I went to the office, they told me that the doctor won't see me for physicals and asked me to cancel and rebook the appointment. After some argument, they let me in but they changed the whole visit as a sick visit and charged me the copay instead of the free annual checkup visit. I am yet to see what they are going to charge me for the blood work since those tests are now not annual checkup tests (which my insurance covers 100%).

Dr. Chung no longer spends time with his patients. He has mixed up my prescriptions more than once. He was a good doctor when I started visiting him but unfortunately he now rushes you in and out of his office. Sad but I am switching physicians.
