I’ve visited Dr Milburn before and returned to him because he’s a medical dermatologist, not a Botox salesman or someone offering infinite youth using breakthrough laser treatments - at least, that’s not the impression I got.
Thankfully my issue was straight forward but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend him to some who has more serious stuff going on.

About Dr. Peter Milburn

I have over 30 years of experience as a dermatologist and have always aimed to combine excellence in medical practice with compassion for the individual. In my office, we treat all types of skin problems, perform mole screening and treatment, wart freezing, and dry skin therapy.
I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University. My internship in Internal Medicine was completed at State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. I completed my residency in Dermatology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital / Columbia University Medical Center, where I was selected as Chief Resident, supervising 10 other doctors. For the next ten years, I was a professor at the State University of New York, conducting research on skin cancer, skin infections, and collagen diseases such as lupus erythematosus. I directed the Dermatology Clinic at Kings County Hospital and served as consultant dermatologist for the Arthritis Clinic.
Since 1990, I have been in private practice with offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn. I have been listed for many years in the Guide to the Best Doctors in New York, published by Castle Connolly, as well as recognized as a “Super Doctor” in the New York Times Magazine. I have written many scientific articles, but I always keep the individual patient’s needs as my first priority.
