Awesome listener and communicator!
I would highly recommend Dr. Raimondi and his office! The staff were efficient and friendly, and Dr. Raimondi was attentive, compassionate, and thorough. I would especially recommend him to other patients looking for a doctor who listens to them, and doesn’t immediately jump to “weight loss” for every patient over a certain BMI.

The doctor far exceeded my expectations. He was very thorough, made sure I understood everything he was explaining to me and addressed all my concerns. The staff at check-in and checkout were very polite, same with the techs. My only complaint is with how my ekg was handled. The tech had me take off my top in front of her, didn't give me privacy to change or anything to cover my breasts while she did the ekg. I've never had an experience like that anywhere. I've always been given something to cover myself with instead of just laying there topless. I get that it's a very quick test but still. I'm sure they have paper gowns or something, not sure why I wasn't offered one.
super magical and trustworthy ... magical

It was excellent Dr Raimondo was clear and attentive and sympathetic and thorough and even had a sense of humor! He was not condescending and Not alarmist two qualities few docs have! Michelle who did the tests was really nice and quite charming.

Doctor and staff were really receptive, polite, understanding, and had great bedside manner. It was relief having a doctor this good since going in for something that was very worrisome. Recommended 5 out of 5 stars.

Gosh, this man is very attentive and really, actively listens to your concerns, REGARDLESS of what they are! I know it can be easy to second guess yourself when you're not sure of some sort of feeling inside of your body-- we're not ALL doctors, and without wanting to self-diagnose, it can be difficult to come forward about certain concerns, not wanting to worry yourself too much. Every concern I had, I was ENCOURAGED to speak up about, it was noted, listed, and discussed very thoroughly in a way I could understand. I wasn't rushed, everything was smooth, light, easy breezy, and very reasonable. I came out of that appointment happy and carefree. We love a five-star doctor!!!

Dr. Raimondi is great. The bureaucracy imposed by Mt. Sinai to see him, not so much. The check in process takes longer than the visit itself. Mostly because they are asking patients to sign forms they can’t even visibly see. Agreeing to be billed double. First for the actual visit to the doctor, then an additional fee to pay for Mt. Sanai’s fancy facilities. As if they don’t make enough money. The doctor’s fee is supposed to be all inclusive.

Great visit with the doc. The office is located and housed within the Mt Sinai medical system so it's legit. My visit started with vitals and an EKG. The doctor is courteous and knowledgeable. He also read my chart before I arrived, which I appreciated. We set a game plan for finding out more. I appreciated his not being dismissive of my concerns. 10/10 visit.
