“Dr. Sprockel was a bit out of my way (40 minutes or so ;-;) but I scheduled with him due to good reviews and availability he had for the same day I was booking. There was a bit of a wait, both b/t being called to the back and actually meeting with the doctor, (my appointment was at 2, saw the doctor around 2:50) but I did not particularly mind. When I spoke to Dr. Sprockel regarding my concerns (wrist pain), he listened intently and responded directly. I felt very heard and understanding of what and why the treatment plan would be. He made sure I had no more questions a couple of times (which is good, because I did), and, since one of my concerns was that I would be misunderstood, dismissed, or otherwise disregarded, this was very important to and appreciated by me that they were not in the slightest. Staff in general were very kind; this was my first appointment I scheduled for myself, by myself, and they clearly explained everything, and I did not feel uncomfortable. Would Recommend.”

I'd recommend parking in the deck, the front parking lot is a zoo. The office staff was very pleasant. Dr. S was also very pleasant. He explained my knee issue and gave me great medical advice. He was very gentle. He encouraged me to be active rather than discouraged me from working out, like another doc. I'm definitely going back.
