Growing up on three continents, I was immersed in a rich tapestry of languages, cultures, and perspectives, and these diverse experiences profoundly deepened my understanding of the universally shared aspects of humanity. I learned that while challenges faced alone can feel overwhelming, they become more manageable with the help and insight of others. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Ohio University, which laid the foundation for my psychiatric training. I have specialized in Evidence-Based Medical (EBM) treatment of Mood, Anxiety, Eating, and Addiction Disorders across all age groups. My primary focus is on the intersection of Eating Disorders, Trauma, and Addiction. While I also treat these disorders in isolation, I am particularly drawn to the complexities they present when they occur together. Since the symptoms of one disorder can worsen while treating another, treatment can present unique challenges. Consequently, programs that successfully address this combination of issues are rare, and great care must be taken to prioritize the order of treatment. To address these challenges, I employ a variety of EBM modalities, including psychopharmaceutical and psychotherapeutic interventions. When appropriate, I also refer patients to other specialists, working cooperatively in a multidisciplinary approach to best meet their needs. My ultimate goal is to address the unique circumstances of each patient by providing comprehensive and compassionate care.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
