“The doctor was thorough, straightforward, and professional. He requested that I get a CT and the staff planned my follow-up appointments around my CT for convenience, which was greatly appreciated. Only con is the radiology department the office uses (in-building), which cancelled my CT the day before my appointment. I called the CT department to schedule a new date and no one called back. As a result, I had to cancel my f/u appointments with the cardiologist and I can’t reschedule until a new CT date is provided.
Still a 5/5 experience because the cardiology office has no control over what happened with the CT department. I only wish they referred me to another location to perform a CT.”
