About Dr. Philip Gaspar
Dr. Philip Gaspar has been practicing podiatry in the greater Washington, DC metro area for the past 8 years. In 2017 he joined Robert A. Breiner, PC in Annandale, VA, as an associate podiatrist, where he specialized in Diabetic & Geriatric Foot Care. He gained extensive experience serving the senior population at Assisted Living facilities in Northern Virginia, as well as treating patients with physical and mental disabilities in Group Homes. He later expanded his geriatric experience into Maryland when he joined 360care, LLC, serving Nursing Homes throughout the state.
Dr. Gaspar also served as a consulting podiatrist for Mobile Medical Care, Inc, a Federally Qualified Health Center, that offers care to the uninsured and underserved patients in Montgomery County. He provided diabetic and general clinical podiatric care to a diverse group of people in the area, and his Spanish knowledge served as a great asset.
Dr. Gaspar earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University and his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from Midwestern University-Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Gaspar attended residency at Central Alabama VA Health Care System, where he treated Veterans in the cities of Montgomery and Tuskegee, as well as Active Duty patients at Maxwell Air Force Base. During the program, he gained exposure to a variety of podiatric ailments, ranging from diabetic foot care and wound care, to biomechanics and sports medicine.
Outside of podiatry, Dr. Gaspar enjoys international travel and experiencing different cultures and cuisine of various countries. He has been to France, Germany, Spain, Greece, Switzerland, Italy, India, Japan, and Canada, among many others. He has great interest in music and plays the piano. Dr. Gaspar is settled in Laytonsville, Maryland, and has family ties throughout the DMV area.

I was visiting from out of town and had an urgent need. It was easy to book and they have every other Saturday appointments. I did an online appt and upon arriving, before even sitting down, I went right into the office. If I lived here, Dr Gaspar would absolutely be my doctor! Well done Doc!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only was it closed when I arrived for my appointment, they told me they did not even know I had one today. I was furious. My foot has been hurting for over two months and I left work early that day being that I work M-F. When I showed the receptionist, after about 5+ minutes of waiting, she said she tried to call the doctor, no answer. Then she tried to call the owner of the building, no answer. I would never recommend because that was extremely rude, disorganized and unprofessional. I arrived at 5:15p for a 5:30p appointment and was told the doctor left less than 10 minutes away. Horrible place. I will never return.
