Phillip L. Forni, DPM, graduated from The Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago. After completing his foot & ankle surgical residency at Northlake Hospital, Dr. Forni started his career in Oaklawn, Illinois, and eventually with AFP Podiatry LTD., in Norridge, Il. 60706. In 1994, he opened the Roselle office location, creating a second office site for AFP Podiatry LTD.

I think that I was really taken care of. There were X-rays and ultrasound, so the doctor could see what was going on with my foot. Also the appointment wasn’t rushed.

My 21 yr old son needed a Podiatrist right away and through zocdoc he found Dr. Forni. After booking the appointment online the office called to confirm his information and specifics regarding his foot problem. He was seen on time and the problem was remedied in the office. My son was grateful the staff and doctor were patient, as he was somewhat nervous. He would not hesitate to return to Dr. Forni if he needs a Podiatrist again! Highly recommend

I was lucky enough to get an appointment for my husband with Dr. Forni on a Saturday after reaching out to 5 different offices that couldn't see him until Monday. I scheduled the appointment online then called just to confirm we were all set. Vicky, the receptionist was SUPER nice and very attentive when I explained the reason for my husband's visit and the pain he was in. She also provided some really great advice to pass on to my husband to assist with the healing of his foot that was given to her by the doctor. Overall our visit with the doctor was exceptional. The Dr. Forni explained everything to my husband and I in a way we both understood. My husband felt very comfortable during his visit and truly appreciated the service he was provided. And so did I.

Dr. Forni was very knowledgeable and helpful for my foot problem. Many doctors may have rushed to push surgery, however Dr. Forni wants to try less invasive options, using surgery only as a last resort. As a patient, I definitely appreciate this approach.

I was very pleased with Dr. Forni and his staff. They were all very friendly. "Miss Suzie" spent a lot of time asking questions, getting some history, taking x-rays. Dr. Forni spent a good amount of time with me as well. At no time did I feel he rushed to get through the exam. First overall impression: A+
