The staff complained about working The staff also complain because they said they didn't expect to have so many patients as if it wasn't a place for patients. Walk up to check in and the staff talks about how they don't get paid enough and how they're ready to go home complaining because they would get out of office around 9 instead of 8 closing time. The nurse screamed at me threw the clip board down as hard as she could infront of my children. Then she refute check my children temp and vitals get and deprived them of being check in because she was overwhelmed with patients even though we had waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for our appointment. My little boy dropped to his knees in pain needing to be seen by a dr as the nurse continued to let her frustration out in front of children elderly patients other staff members and the site director. She was very aggressive and rude. The patients are not important to the worker's

Me and my husband and our appointment was 9:30 and we was seen at that time first by her nurse came in first he was very nice and took his time with us and told us what he was doing than the Dr came in she the Dr that make you fall in love with her thank you for a wonderful nurse and Dr again Thank You

Easy to make the appointment and it was on a Sunday morning!! Wait was long but there were others who had made appointments so I expected to wait, I was surprised to learn that you can get you prescriptions filled while there. It was simple and no expensive. Saved me a trip to the pharmacy!! I would recommend this provider to my best friend and to all who wanted to know how the visit went!! Excellent.
